Putting the 'care'
back into healthcare
At Spruce, we pride ourselves on being personable and compassionate while delivering a modern health care experience backed by science.
Our team of psychiatric nurse practitioners have the expertise to treat a range of mental health conditions. Providing quality psychiatric care is our commitment to you.

If you are in crisis, please call 899 (24-hour Crisis Line). For medical emergencies, please call 911. We do not provide crisis or emergent care.
A modern approach to mental health
Our intake process is hands-on and we take the time to get to know you and your individual needs. We then create an effective evidence-based treatment plan tailored to suit you. Most appointments typically include medication management with a supportive therapy component.

Comprehensive Assessment
We talk about you, your life both past and present, your medical and medication history including any concerns relating to treatment.

Empowered Diagnosis
We take the time to fully understand your symptoms so we can make an accurate diagnosis. We then help you better understand your symptoms and diagnosis so that you are empowered during treatment.

Tailored Treatment
Our treatment plans are always tailored to your individual needs and may include medication in combination with supportive therapy. However, there is no one-size-fits-all treatment plan.

Who we are
We are a professional association of independent Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners with common values and ethical standards.
Spruce was founded by Eliza Brink, a well respected psychiatric nurse practitioner, with the goal of bringing together class leading psychiatric nurse practitioners who care deeply about their patients mental health.
All of our Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners have a range of clinical experience and attend regular seminars to discuss the latest evidence to best inform patient care. We hold ourselves, and each other, to the highest ethical and professional standards.
We look forward to working with you!
