As a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, diagnose, and prescribe medication. I emphasize shared and informed decision-making when tackling symptom management. My goal is to help you leverage a combination of lifestyle, environmental and pharmacological modifications to optimize functioning and well-being.
Prior to Spruce, I spent the last seven years at Seattle Children's Hospital, Harborview Medical Center and teaching for the University of Washington's School of Nursing. These experiences have helped form my family-centered, trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and gender-affirming lens to care. I am particularly interested in child, adolescent, young adult, and perinatal women's mental health. My practice is open to new clients ages 6-35, and I look forward to partnering with you and your loved ones in the pursuit of health and wholeness.
Areas of focus: Depression, anxiety/panic, adjustment disorder, OCD, PTSD, ADHD, self-esteem, stress, loneliness, and navigating life transitions.
