As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I provide comprehensive
psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, treatment, and psychoeducation. Rooted in evidence-based
practice and scientific research, I craft a personalized treatment plan unique to each patient that
promotes healing and recovery. My expertise and training were honed after 5 years of
experience in the mental health field, including Harborview Medical Center’s inpatient psychiatry
unit. I earned my Doctor of Nursing Practice and Bachelor’s in Nursing degrees from Seattle
University, a Jesuit academic setting centered on service, compassion, and holistic care.
Based on my work and learning within a diverse patient population, I assist patients in
accomplishing their goals through a variety of skills. My integrative approach includes an
assessment of lifestyle and intersectionality as mental health is impacted by both intrinsic and
extrinsic factors.Treatment options include medication management, psychoeducation,
motivational interviewing for behavioral change, and trauma-informed supportive therapy in the
midst of life transitions. Together we will identify and work towards your mental wellness and
restoration.
