I am a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who can provide psychiatric assessments, diagnose, and prescribe medication for a range of psychiatric conditions. I can also assist with deprescribing of medication. I work collaboratively with my clients to create treatment plans that are safe, effective, and evidence based. In addition to prescribing medication, I work to build hope and resilience by encouraging the use of coping skills and increased self-awareness.

Prior to joining Spruce, I worked in the inpatient psychiatry units as a registered nurse at Harborview Medical Center and Seattle Children’s Hospital. I also teach at the University of Washington as a clinical instructor in the Nursing program. I have a particular interest in treating anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and OCD. My practice is open to new clients ages 14+ and I look forward to working with you!
