Online Self-Scheduling
Follow the below step-by-step instructions to utilize the Self-Scheduling feature available in Patient Portal.
Self-Scheduling Guide
You can access Self-Scheduling for Existing Patients here.(https://patientportal.advancedmd.com/150203/onlinescheduling/v2?streamlineOptions=1) You will be prompted to log in.
If not redirected after log in, select "📆 Appointments" from the top menu bar:

Next, in the Find Appointment Times window, select the option available to you in the Reason for Visit dropdown:

You can also apply an optional filter to see only In-office or Telehealth appointment types:

Note: Patients can only self-schedule appointments with the provider currently assigned to their medical record.
Please select your preferred appointment date and time from the provider's availability, or, select a date from the Next Available section:

Not all appointments offer In-office availability. If you see the below icon on an appointment time, that means In-office is available:

You can toggle between In-office or Telehealth filters at any time using the tab menu:

Once you have selected your preferred date and time, a pop-up window will ask you to confirm your selection.
For appointments offering both In-office and Telehealth, there will be two available options. Please take care to confirm the correct appointment type!

Once confirmed, you will see the below screen and the email address associated with your medical record will be sent a confirmation.

Self-Scheduling FAQ
If you confirmed the wrong appointment details, first cancel the visit by logging into the Patient Portal (https://pp-wfe-100.advancedmd.com/150203/account/logon)and going to 📆 Appointments > Upcoming > Cancel Appointment:

Then, reschedule with the correct date, time, or type.
Please note: Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before to avoid late fees per your provider's Disclosure & Consent.
To inquire about scheduling an appointment sooner than the online availability, please send a direct message to your provider through the Patient Portal.(https://pp-wfe-100.advancedmd.com/150203/account/logon)
1. Navigate to ✉️ Messages in the top menu bar.
2. Select Ask a Question.
3. Select Ask a Physician/Provider Directly from the Subject dropdown menu.
4. Select your provider's name from the dropdown list.
5. Type and send your message! Your provider will review your request when able.
Please note that Patient Portal is not for emergency purposes. In case of an emergency, please call 9-1-1.
