If you confirmed the wrong appointment details, first cancel the visit by logging into the Patient Portal and going to 📆 Appointments > Upcoming > Cancel Appointment:

Then, reschedule with the correct date, time, or type.

Please note: Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before to avoid late fees per your provider's Disclosure & Consent.

To inquire about scheduling an appointment sooner than the online availability, please send a direct message to your provider through the Patient Portal.

1. Navigate to ✉️ Messages in the top menu bar.

2. Select Ask a Question.

3. Select Ask a Physician/Provider Directly from the Subject dropdown menu.

4. Select your provider's name from the dropdown list.

5. Type and send your message! Your provider will review your request when able.
