Support & FAQ
Please register using the email invitation sent by our intake team.
If you haven't completed our new patient process yet, please start by filling out our New Patient Inquiry form here. Our intake team will match you with an appropriate provider and set up your account for you.
If you need a new registration email or your previous invitation has expired, please contact our intake team at intake@sprucepsychiatric.com to request a new one.
UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD
Select Profile icon on the homepage.
Select Settings from the menu bar.
RESET YOUR PASSWORD
From the patient portal login screen, select Forgot Password.
To message your provider, please:
Login to the patient portal.
Select the Messages icon on the homepage.
Select Ask a Question.
Select Ask Physician/Provider Directly from the Subject dropdown menu.
Select your provider's name from the Physician dropdown menu.
Select ✓ Send Message.
You can update messaging preferences in the patient portal for yourself and any dependents tied to your account.
Go to Profile > Messaging Preferences.
If you are the responsible party for other patients in our practice, you can make changes for these dependents and for yourself. In addition to changing preferences, you can choose to have appointment reminder notifications sent to you or to your dependent.
To update your credit card on file, please contact billing@sprucepsychiatric.com. They can upload a new Credit Card Authorization form to your patient portal account.
Please let them know when you submit your information, as our system does not alert us to completed patient paperwork!
You can check account balances, make online credit card payments, and also view additional statement and payment
history information.
Login to the patient portal.
Select the Bills icon on the homepage.
SUBMIT PATIENT FORMS
Log in to the patient portal.
Click the Patient Forms icon on the home page. An icon will display how many forms there are to be completed.
Click Start to launch your online form.
Complete the form by selecting the blue "Submit" button at the top of the form.
Note: You may need to scroll up to the top of the form to view the "Submit" button. Forms may not display correctly on mobile devices.
FIND PATIENT FORMS
Log in to the patient portal.
Click the Records icon on the home page.
Click the Docs & Images icon to view signed patient consent forms or uploaded documents.
Note: To request records of your submitted screening tools, please contact admin@sprucepsychiatric.com.
To view your chart records that display in the patient portal, select a specific type of chart item to see health information specific to a certain visit.
If you're unable to view your records, please contact your provider directly. They may need to update your chart settings to make your records accessible to you.
To request a refill outside of your scheduled visit, please message your provider directly.
Note: Please allow SEVEN BUSINESS DAYS for medications requested outside of appointments. Some providers will not authorize refills if you have no future appointment. In the event of a missed, rescheduled, or cancelled appointment, your medications may not be refilled.

IMPORTANT: You must schedule your first appointment through our office. Self-scheduling is only for follow-up visits after your intake is complete. Any attempts to self-schedule follow-up visits before completing the intake process will be cancelled without notice.
