 ARNP, PMHNP-BC

(He/Him/His)

I'm a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner offering trauma-informed psychiatric care for adolescents and adults. I provide thoughtful, collaborative medication management and therapeutic support for individuals navigating ADHD, trauma, anxiety, and mood-related challenges.

My approach is grounded in curiosity and compassion. I believe that symptoms often make sense once we understand the stories that shaped them. Whether it's the hyperfocus and overwhelm of ADHD, the vigilance born of trauma, or the fatigue of long-term stress, we'll work together to build understanding, stability, and meaningful change.

My work integrates evidence-based psychiatry with trauma-sensitive principles, mindfulness, and practical strategies for daily life. I see medication as one potential tool among many- always used collaboratively, transparently, and at your pace. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and capable of growth, even in uncertainty.

I have over 10 years of experience as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. Prior to this I worked as an inpatient psychiatric nurse and emergency department psychiatric technician. These experiences shaped my ability to care for people during some of their most vulnerable moments and continue to inform my holistic approach to treatment today.
