Dr. Maggie Frankino
DNP, PMHNP-BC
(She/Her/Hers)
I am a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner focused on collaborative treatment to promote self-efficacy, improve self-esteem, and manage stress to help clients reach their mental health goals. I am trained in comprehensive psychiatric assessment and diagnosis which guides a treatment plan tailored to each individual’s needs.
Treatment plans may include the prescribing of medications which can provide symptom relief and support for many psychiatric conditions. In conjunction or when medication may not be necessary, I can provide support, referrals, education, and psychotherapy interventions to help individuals create and maintain lifestyle changes. In addition, I can assist with deprescribing medication to simplify and optimize overall health.

I have worked in mental health for seven years in a variety of settings including adolescent and adult psychiatric inpatient settings, partial hospitalization programs, home health, and public health. Prior to joining Spruce, I worked at Harborview Medical Center in the inpatient psychiatric units, and in Montana as an inpatient psychiatric adolescent nurse and public health nurse.
