(She/Her/Hers)
As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I provide patient-centered psychiatric care focused on compassion, collaboration, and respect. I truly believe that healing is most effective when it occurs through partnership, and I strive to be a steady support and resource as we work together toward greater stability, clarity, and peace.
Treatment is individualized and may include psychotherapy-informed approaches, lifestyle strategies, and medication management, with an emphasis on shared decision-making processes.
I earned my Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from the University of Washington. My clinical background includes extensive experience in intensive care nursing, which strengthened my ability to manage complex conditions, remain grounded in high-acuity situations, and approach care with both precision and empathy.
At the heart of my practice is a deep respect for each person’s lived experiences. My goal is to partner with you throughout your mental health journey, offering guidance, education, and support as we navigate challenges together and work toward improved well-being and quality of life.
