(She/Her/Hers)

I have a diverse background in both critical care and psychiatry, which has helped shape my compassionate and well-rounded approach to mental health care. I am originally from New York and spent years traveling across the U.S. on critical care nursing contracts, primarily through COVID—from Florida to Arkansas, Texas, California, New York, and ultimately Washington, which I now call home. My experience in emergency and critical care opened my eyes to the urgent need for mental health support, especially for those suffering in silence.

My journey into psychiatry is deeply personal. After facing my own struggles with depression, anxiety, and panic attacks, I developed a passion for helping others navigate similar challenges. I am committed to destigmatizing mental health and offer a holistic, empathetic approach that empowers patients to heal and grow.

My core values—integrity, honesty, loyalty, and equality—guide my practice every day. I believe that every individual deserves to be treated with respect and dignity, and I work to provide care that reflects the whole person, not just their symptoms. As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, attention deficit disorder, trauma, and mood instability. My approach combines empathetic listening, understanding, and compassion with evidence-based practices to provide individualized, holistic care and help patients achieve lasting relief.

I understand that taking the first step toward mental wellness can be overwhelming. I want my patients to know they are already incredibly brave and will be met in a warm, safe, and non-judgmental space.

Outside of work, I am a passionate traveler and nature lover who finds joy in exploring different cultures and grounding myself in gratitude and healing. As a provider, my mission is clear: to treat target symptoms with the least amount of side effects, enabling patients to live their lives to their fullest potential.
